The Opportunity: Stop trading your clock for nothing. If you are tired of losing revenue while parked at a receiver's dock, this dedicated retail lane is your solution. We focus on keeping you moving and making sure every hour you work is reflected in your paycheck.
Operational Network: Our drivers operate throughout a stable Midwest/Plains corridor including IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO. You will handle consistent, boxed freight for a premier dedicated customer with zero seasonal slowdowns.

Financial Package (W2):

New Hire Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On.

Unload Compensation: $275 per fully emptied trailer.

Stop/Backhaul Pay: $20 per stop | $50 per backhaul.

Income Example (Based on 2 Loads/4 Stops):

1,600 miles @ $0.71 = $1,136

2 Unloads @ $275 = $550

Total Weekly Gross: $1,766 (Top performers running 3 loads/2,000+ miles can exceed $2,000+ weekly).

Driver Requirements:

Minimum 3 months Solo Class A TT experience in the last 3 years.

Stable work history (Max 3 jobs in the last 12 months).

No employment gaps exceeding 6 months in the past year.

Must pass Hair Follicle & Urine drug screenings.

Ability to perform physical touch-freight (Conveyor unloading).
