A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Palo Alto, CA, offering an excellent opportunity to provide onsite services within a middle school setting. This travel assignment runs ASAP through May 25, 2026, and focuses on supporting the communication needs of middle school students.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough speech and language evaluations.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation aligned with state and local guidelines.
- Participating in professional development and mentorship opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage caseload independently within a school environment.
