Role Summary:
As an HR Generalist, youll ensure our clinics run smoothly by supporting recruitment, HR compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and orient new staff
- Administer benefits, leave, rewards, and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and facilitate investigations
- Support training, performance, and employee relations programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (HR or related field)
- 2-4 year HR experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with employment laws and HRIS systems

Pay Transparency:
In Denver, CO, a reasonable pay range for this role is $65,000$80,000/year. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and skill level.
