$16.00/hour | Full-Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced automotive auction environment.This position is ideal for candidates with office administration, dealership, title processing, or customer-facing administrative experience who are comfortable handling paperwork, customer interaction, and high-volume transactions.You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and vehicle dealers while ensuring accurate processing of vehicle titles and office documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Interaction
Professionally greet customers, dealers, and visitors
Manage incoming phone calls and email communication
Provide accurate information regarding payments, title status, and office procedures
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
Administrative & Title Processing Support
Assist with processing, preparing, and mailing vehicle titles
Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry
Maintain organized physical and electronic records
Verify documentation accuracy before submission
Support internal departments with administrative tasks
Operations Support
Assist during auction sale days to ensure efficient workflow
Communicate with dealers regarding payments and collections
Help onboard and train new front office staff as needed
Follow confidentiality, compliance, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For1+ year dealership, title clerk, administrative assistant, or front desk experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracy with paperworkComfortable working in a fast-paced operational environmentProfessional communication skills (in person, phone, and email)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independentlyBasic Microsoft Office and data entry skillsAutomotive, dealership, DMV, title processing, or auction experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
