Your Work Rhythm:
- Seven out of fourteen days scheduled as workdays:
- First cycle: Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday
- Second cycle: Monday, Friday, Tuesday, Saturday
- 12-hour shifts structured into:
- Daytime: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm
- Nighttime: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am
- Includes obligatory overtime with additional hours available at discretion
Your Suitability Includes:
- Clear understanding and execution of instruction formats
- Thorough documentation and safety practices
- Foundation in computer usage for training purposes
Preferred Expertise:
- Operational skills in blending and extrusion
- Troubleshooting acumen and mechanical insights
- Leadership potential in a collaborative setting
- Excellence in forklift operation and safety
Physical Ability Needs:
- Lifting capability up to 55 lbs
- Ability to stand extensively
- Regular agility in bending, climbing, and stretching tasks
