Job DescriptionPosition Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account based in Lordstown, OH. This position offers consistent freight, strong weekly averages, and reliable home time with 34-hour resets.

Drivers will run regional routes with a mix of drop & hook and light driver assist deliveries.

Route & Freight Details

• Regional runs across:
  • OH, PA, NY, WV, KY, MD
• Hiring area primarily:
  • Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York
• Average ~2,000–2,500 miles per week
• Typical workday: 11–14 hours
• Freight includes:
  • Retail-style dry freight
• Majority drop & hook
• Some locations require:
  • Driver assist unloading

Schedule

• 5-day work week
• 34-hour resets (weekly home time)
• Day and night shifts available
• Must be available for:
  • Weekends
  • Holidays

Some drivers may get home more frequently depending on location

Pay & Compensation

• Avg Weekly Pay: ~$1,500
• Avg Annual Pay: ~$78,000

Mileage Pay:

• Up to ~$0.80 CPM (blended rate)

Additional Pay:

• $20 stop pay
• $60 driver assist unload pay

Equipment & Work Setup

• Standard dry van trailers
• Mix of drop & hook and live unload
• Stable, consistent freight lanes

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must live within 100 miles of Lordstown, OH (44481)
• Must be able to:
  • Perform occasional driver assist unloading
  • Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Work Environment

• Some routes include cold weather driving conditions
• Light physical activity required for unload assist
