+ About the job:

The Graphic Designer / Assistant Project Manager supports the marketing department by creating visually compelling designs and coordinating projects from concept to completion. This hybrid role combines creative design expertise with strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

+ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and project coordination or management

• Possesses a strong design portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity

• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Understands marketing principles, branding, and digital media best practices

• Communicates effectively and collaborates across departments and with vendors

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• Is experienced with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com

• (Preferred) Can commute to the Monterey, CA office

• (Preferred) Has marketing experience in the healthcare industry

+ What you’ll do:

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, and event collateral

• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all visual assets and platforms

• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts

• Support department-wide design needs as assigned

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and vendors

• Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide regular updates to leadership

• Utilize project management tools to keep campaigns organized and on schedule
