Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Supervise toddlers to ensure safety at all times
• Help with daily routines such as meals, diapering, potty training, and nap time
• Engage children in play, storytelling, music, and creative activities
• Support positive behavior and social development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and staff
• Observe and report childrens progress and any concerns
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience working with toddlers (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic child development principles
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 3040 pounds
• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and playing on the floor
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
