The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate for this job will possess a collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- 13 years of experience operating CNC machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
