Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager (T, Th in office; MWF remote work). The digital marketing manager will be responsible for implementing and managing M&B Sciences social media marketing campaigns, utilizing web analytics to track campaign progress, conducting online marketing activities, and effectively communicating with the team and clients.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
- Monitor M&B Sciences social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends.
- Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach.
- Experience with web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
- Plan and execute paid effective advertising campaigns.
- Strong writing ability and ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Health Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferences:
- Experience marketing in healthcare
- Experience with CMS (content management systems) and design tools and systems (Figma) is a plus.
- A Masters Degree or higher in Marketing, Public Health Communications or related field
- Experience with digital marketing outside of the U.S. (Canada, UK, EU, Germany, France)
