We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator local to Pittsburgh to support communications and engagement efforts. This contract position is well suited for an organized individual who enjoys blending creative storytelling with hands-on coordination across digital marketing, stakeholder communications, and event support. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications, this role supports ARM Institute's strategic marketing and communications initiatives by developing engaging content, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print communications.


Must have samples to showcase Canva/design experience and strong copywriting skills.


Responsibilities:

• Create and refine marketing collateral, written content, and promotional materials that align with organizational goals and audience needs.

• Coordinate email campaigns and broader communication initiatives to increase awareness, participation, and ongoing engagement.

• Manage digital marketing assets, ensuring files, branding elements, and content are organized, current, and accessible for team use.

• Collaborate with internal departments, members, partners, and outside stakeholders to gather information and support unified messaging.

• Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of events that highlight programs, initiatives, and community impact.

• Use tools such as Canva to produce visually engaging materials for digital and print communication channels.

• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep marketing projects moving efficiently and accurately.

• Support updates to communication content across platforms to maintain consistency, clarity, and brand quality.

• Experience supporting marketing communications through email campaigns, content development, and audience outreach.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging for different formats and audiences.
• Proficiency with Canva and other common tools used to develop and manage marketing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to organize digital assets and maintain consistency across marketing and communication materials.
• Creative mindset paired with sound judgment and a detail-oriented approach to brand representation.
