Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee laboratory testing procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage laboratory staff and daily operations effectively
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support diagnostic and treatment processes
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of laboratory results
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification and proven experience as a Medical Technologist
- Experience in laboratory management or director roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols, equipment, and quality assurance
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to travel assignments
