LCM Associates, Inc. is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. Experience in the Commercial Construction Industry along with QuickBooks Desktop would be a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, Organizing, and entering receipts into Quickbooks
- Updating and maintaining an accounts payable report
- Receiving and posting payments
- Experience with job costing a plus
- Qualifications:
- Have a positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have the ability to accept challenge and change, along with a continual learning mindset.
- Construction knowledge is a plus
