We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy and performance of our Telecom & Tablets portfolio across the Caribbean region and Miami market. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and commercial excellence while managing key strategic accounts and leading the Miami-based KAM team.

Key Objective of the Role
Lead the commercial strategy, regional execution, and Key Account Management for Telecom & Tablets, ensuring sales growth, margin contribution, and top-tier customer relationships across the Caribbean and Miami. Guide and develop the KAM team to ensure strong operational performance and alignment with regional business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Management team based in Miami.
- Define and implement commercial strategies aligned to KPIs and business objectives.
- Manage strategic relationships with key clients: retailers, distributors, carriers, and wholesalers.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and consumer insights to support commercial decisions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, sell-in/sell-out plans, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure portfolio visibility, forecasting accuracy, inventory rotation, and margin contribution.
- Coordinate product launches, trade marketing campaigns, and in-store execution.
- Prepare executive reports and business performance presentations for regional leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, commercial processes, and corporate standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial roles within telecom, consumer electronics, or tech.
- Proven experience leading sales or Key Account teams.
- Experience managing high-volume portfolios (mobility, smartphones, tablets).
- Background handling regional accounts (Caribbean, LATAM, or similar).
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Advanced leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, BI platforms, and commercial tools.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Languages: Advanced English & Spanish required.
