Graphic Designer (On-Site)


The Opportunity


We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who blends creative excellence with a performance mindset. This role involves designing high-impact assets across digital, print, web, and video to support lead generation and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with many in our marketing team to create visuals that convert.

  • Accountable for Ad Creatives: Design and iterate on ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and social channels.
  • Graphics Development: Produce static and motion graphics for paid media, landing pages, emails, and social content.
  • Marketing Materials: Create and update print and digital collateral, including brochures, signage, one-sheets, and internal materials.
  • Video Graphics: Edit photos and videos, and create motion graphics for YouTube ads and short-form content.
  • Optimization: Optimize creative assets based on performance data and A/B testing insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align visuals with campaign goals and brand voice.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency while evolving the visual identity in a competitive landscape.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple fast-paced projects with efficiency and attention to detail.


  • Qualifications3–5+ years in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising.
  • Demonstrated performance-driven creative work, including ads, social, email, and landing pages.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva.
  • Experience with video and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut).
  • Understanding of design for performance metrics like CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in print, environmental design, or evolving brand systems.
