JSG is seeking a Construction Inspector who will play a Critical Role in Highway and Bridge Projects in Buffalo, NY!
Pay $40/hour to $50/hour
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of highway and/or bridge inspection experience
- NICET Level II, III, or IV certification, or registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Recent experience with NYSDOT or Thruway projects
- Proficiency with Site Manager software
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
Nice to Have Skills:
- ATSSA and ACI certifications
- Certifications from the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP)
- Formal training in Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC)
- NorthEast Transportation Technician Certification Program (NETTCP) in Soils and Aggregate Inspection
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant technical training or certification in highway or bridge inspection
- Extensive hands-on experience in structural and highway project oversight
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in Buffalo, NY
- Willingness to travel as needed for project sites
