Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education teaching position is available for K-12th grade students with a caseload spanning elementary through high school levels. The role starts ASAP and continues through the end of the current school year. Part-time and full-time candidates are welcome to apply for this opportunity located in Mc Calla, AL.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to students in grades K-12 with special education needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with school staff to coordinate services and support for students
