We are looking for a highly organized Scheduler/Dispatcher to join an organization in downtown Columbus. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in coordinating interpreter services for hospitals, courts, schools, and social service agencies. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule multilingual interpreters for various assignments across healthcare, legal, educational, and social service settings.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure that services meet established standards.
• Collect, input, and analyze data to maintain accurate records and drive operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on scheduling and quality metrics.
• Monitor progress and verify the accuracy of assignments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in customer service or dispatch roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute and exhibit strong computer skills.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with spreadsheets effectively.
• Show a willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Maintain a proven ability to multitask and take initiative in handling scheduling and administrative tasks.
