Job DescriptionLHH is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our great clients. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our hiring strategy, sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our mission and values. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, inclusive, and efficient recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through headhunting, job boards, and strategic channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Draft compelling job descriptions and manage internal/external advertisements.
  • Conduct interviews and guide hiring managers through candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Support compensation discussions and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Initiate background checks and transition pre-hire paperwork to HR.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and support company growth.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in inclusive hiring.



Additional Details:

  • This role is a direct hire position with a salary of $60,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience.
  • Monday – Thursday on-site, work from home on Friday.





Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
