Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – Cell Therapy Production
Job Description
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our growing team focused on the production of T cell and TCR-engineered therapies. This role is ideal for someone with strong GMP experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and safety in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and perform processing steps in compliance with GMP standards.
- Accurately complete production documentation and batch records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Stock and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support or lead Commissioning and Validation activities.
- Assist in the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned to support team and company goals.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of T cell therapy and TCR-engineered cell therapies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Experience with both upstream and downstream manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP, batch record review, and biologics production.
- Experience with controlled document creation and review.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Extensive walking throughout the facility will be required.
- After safety training, must be able to perform required tasks in a fully compliant manner.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.
