Duration: July 2025 to June 2029
Education and/or professional qualifications:
o Construction Management
o Construction practices including wastewater treatment plant expansion/ renovation/ construction. Special consideration will be given to those depicting experience wastewater treatment plant expansion/ renovation/ construction.
o OSHA 30-hour Health and Safety training for construction
o MS Project skills including familiarity with baseline schedules, report generation and critical path theory.
• Education, experience, and qualifications developing and reviewing cost estimates and schedules including software used.
• Prior experience working with Federal Government Project Managers/CORs on processing change orders, requests for information, submittals, and field observation reports.
• Prior experience with resource protection measures required by government agencies to avoid and minimize construction related adverse impacts to natural and cultural resources.
• Evidence the CMR has a minimum of 5 years’ experience with the three phases of onsite control as outlined in Specification Section 01 40 00 of the above referenced construction project
