The Administrative Assistant/Front Office Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting multiple departments and serving as a key point of contact within the administrative team. This role involves managing front office operations, assisting a specific executive, and ensuring smooth communication and organization throughout the office. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other proprietary office software, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient office workflows without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties including greeting visitors and managing phone systems
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting support
  • Handle correspondence and maintain document filing systems
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Provide customer service and support to internal departments and executives
  • Support multiple departments as part of an administrative team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management
