- Strengthen rituals that keep the team connected, supported, and inspired
- Design onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
- Help maintain a culture rooted in curiosity, humility, and high standards
- People Operations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent needs
- Support recruiting for key roles (light but strategic involvement)
- Maintain people systems, documentation, and processes that keep the organization running smoothly
