Job Responsibilities

As part of our Mitigation Division, you’ll play a key role in helping customers recover from water-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to water damage calls throughout the tri-state area to perform mitigation services
• Documenting each job with detailed notes and progress updates
• Capturing daily on-site photos to track project progress
• Monitoring drying equipment and accurately logging moisture levels each day
• Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Keeping your truck and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Being available by phone for on-call scheduling as required
• Assisting with warehouse and facility-related tasks when needed
