Permanent Positions

• Willows, CA
• Fremont, CA
• Hayward, CA
• Pleasant Hill, CA
• Kingsburg, CA

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and goals

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Must have at least 1-year recent experience in skilled nursing, inpatient, or acute care setting preferred

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient inpatient assessment and treatment planning
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques
