Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer II for a contract with a client in Maple Grove, MN(Hybrid). The role involves implementing quality engineering practices to support product development and leading initiatives to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Rate Range: $40/hour to 46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Engineer II job responsibilities include:

Support product development and manufacturing by implementing and maintaining quality engineering practices that meet internal and regulatory standards.

Lead and execute process control and CAPA systems to ensure product reliability and compliance.

Apply problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues across cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with design, operations, and supplier teams to ensure quality is built into all phases of the product lifecycle.

Maintain documentation and compliance with quality systems such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related field).

2–4 years with a BS degree; 0–2 years with an MS degree.

Experience implementing CAPA and process control systems in a regulated environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour
