We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers adopt solutions effectively, resolve issues quickly, and drive long-term satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product setup and adoption.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to improve the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
