What You’ll Do

Manage and grow accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, promoting a cutting-edge portfolio of precision measurement instruments

Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demos, and technical consultations tailored to customer needs

Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on specific applications and industry requirements

Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and forecast sales performance

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering product guidance and application support throughout the sales cycle

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, and market research

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer developments in the region
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metrology, or similar) preferred; equivalent experience considered
-
3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical environments
-
Familiarity with analytical instrumentation—experience with XRF, SEM, or metrology tools is a strong plus
-
Proven success using structured B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling)
-
Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote territory and multiple accounts

Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region, including overnight trips

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
