Position Title: Business Process & Training Manager / Process and Personnel Qualification Management Expert (PPQME) – Contractor
Location: Horsham PA 19044/Remote
Duration: 06/29/2026 to 12/31/2026
Notes from Manager: Role can be remote, but candidate needs to be reliable and dependable for the position.
About the Role
- The title of the position is more of Business Process & Training Manager.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Will be responsible for managing the life cycle of a document.
- Should have previous Content Management knowledge and experience.
- Will be creating/revising business process documents. Will be supporting medical safety groups.
- Prior experience with SUMMIT and/or True Vault would be a huge plus.
- Experience with Visio or Lucidchart also extremely beneficial.
- Will be working with others to updating any process changes plans/documents.
- Will help deploy training through SUMMIT.
- Should be very organized and be a quick learner.
- Must have great communications skills.
- Must be able to meet timelines / deadlines.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience.
- Previous Pharma experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Perform project management across the life cycle from content development in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) format and approval (in a CM storage system) to training identification, target audience identification, training material development and training deployment (in LMS).
- Ongoing communication with business owners on project progress and resolution of issues.
- Work with peers in PDM to ensure compliant training and content are installed for dedicated processes.
Qualifications
College Degree Required, minimum of 5 years’ experience in medium to large organization.

- Strong attention to detail and highly organized, works independently.

- Proficient in process modeling software (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart).
- Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
The PPQME should have a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
