We are recruiting for a Project Manager for The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Mutilated Currency Division in Washington, D.C.
Onsite- Washington DC (6:30am- 4:30pm)
Responsible for overall contract performance, supervision, and delivery of all requirements supporting BEP Mutilated Currency Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee contract operations and personnel
Serve as primary liaison with CO and COR
Ensure timely submission of all deliverables
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
Implement Quality Control Plan (QCP)
Coordinate daily operations to meet timelines
Address performance issues and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with security and operational requirements
POSITION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Maintain, as a deliverable, a staffing level of 95% or higher at least 100% of the time. (including those employees currently being processed by DS)
Accurately report staffing levels in the weekly, monthly and annual reports
Shall be successful in obtaining required security clearances 95% of the attempts
Successfully on-board personnel including VARs, badging, briefing
Submit deliverables on time 100% of the time
Handle quickly and effectively with contractor and subcontractor personnel issues

US Citizenship
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in a business administration or management field
Demonstrated (3-5) years of project/program management experience
Demonstrated (3-5) years of experience in managing Government contracts with professional
and administrative support services
Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
