Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our new clinic as a full-time clinician. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Director position in the future while delivering exceptional patient care.
We are excited to be opening our first outpatient clinic in McAllen, TX, in January! Our mission is to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. With a dedicated team handling marketing, scheduling, and administrative tasks, our Physical Therapist will focus solely on treating and improving the lives of our patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $105,000/year based on experience.
- Additional bonuses: 15% productivity incentive for seeing over 10 patients/day (maximum 12 patients/day).
- 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and 6 paid federal holidays.
- $1,000 annual allowance for external CME courses.
- Health insurance stipend of $6,000/year.
- Unlimited internal continuing education and mentorship.
- Full base salary guaranteed, even without a full-time caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Provide individualized, one-on-one patient care in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Treat patients using a variety of approaches based on your expertise, including balance, vestibular, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation (patient age range based on PT preference).
- Conduct 40-minute therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with Client Care Specialists for scheduling, billing, and insurance verifications.
- Focus solely on clinical care while marketing and administrative tasks are managed by other team members.
Qualifications:
- Clear and active Physical Therapy license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient therapy.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Interest in potential career growth into a Clinic Director role.

- EMR: Prompt.
- Clinician Liaison handles all marketing initiatives.
