Sadler Health Center is seeking an experienced and mission‑driven Medical Services Manager to lead our medical support teams and advance the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care. In this leadership role, you will guide daily clinical operations, support process improvement, and ensure our teams have the tools and direction they need to serve patients with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

About the Role

The Medical Services Manager oversees the performance of our medical department, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Referral Coordination, and other clinical support roles. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and Chief Medical Officer, you will improve patient flow, drive quality initiatives, support regulatory compliance, and create a positive, collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor medical support staff, including supervisors, trainer, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Promote team engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Manage workflows to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to develop and refine policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
  • Oversee departmental budget, supplies, inventory, and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Support regulatory readiness for HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH, and other compliance requirements.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and clinical performance metrics.
  • Oversee the Vaccine Program and support provider productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, skills assessment, and professional development of clinical staff.
  • Ensure timely performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Support a culture of safety, customer service, and patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including direct patient care.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
  • Active RN License in good standing in Pennsylvania
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience in an FQHC setting, ambulatory care, or multi‑site operations.
  • Bilingual language skills.
