Our client, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality mental health services, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be part of the Anderson Mental Health Center supporting the finance and procurement departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. The position will start in January 2026.
Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: 1 Linwa Blvd Anderson SC
Pay Range: 13.50hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What's the Job?
- Prepare, verify, and scan all invoices for payment, including payments for patient leases, direct pays, travel vouchers, and interdepartmental transfers.
- Provide payment information to staff, outside vendors, and lease holders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Able to bend and lift up to 15 lbs
- Assist with inventory management by ordering, receiving, organizing, and issuing consumable supplies.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure assets are properly accounted for and reports are submitted in accordance with policies.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Credential requirements: 100042, 100006.
- Ability to perform light lifting (up to 15 pounds) as needed.
