Location: Brooklyn, NY
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Pay Rate: $26 – $32 per hour
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Pharmacy Technician for an exciting job in Brooklyn, NY.
Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists with the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications under direct supervision

Rotate assignments, shifts, and satellite locations to support pharmacy operations
-
Receive, return, deliver, and restock medications, medication carts, and supplies throughout the facility
-
Maintain accurate medication records and inventory levels
-
Safely operate pharmacy-related equipment
-
Troubleshoot automated dispensing systems as needed
-
Perform duties with strong attention to detail and within required timeframes

Adhere to all federal, state, local, and institutional policies and regulations
Required Skills & Experience
-
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant pharmacy technician experience
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Preferred Skills & Experience
-
Pharmacy dispensing experience
-
Sterile processing experience
-
IV room experience
Education Requirements
-
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Certifications & Licensure
-
Registered Pharmacy Technician license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) (Required)
