In this role, you will meet with union and association members over Zoom who have requested information about their benefit options. You’ll explain coverage in clear, conversational terms, answer questions, and help families complete their enrollment.

All leads are provided — no cold calling, no prospecting.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled Zoom appointments with pre-qualified members
• Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
• Help families select coverage that fits their needs
• Maintain organized follow-up and documentation
• Follow our structured training and leadership system

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be a U.S. resident
• Coachable, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently from home
• No prior experience required — training is provided

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor
• 100% commission (uncapped)
• Performance-based bonuses
