Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in patient triage utilizing professional clinical judgement.
- Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

\n\nQualifications\n

- Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before starting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level II trauma center or high volume ED.
- Previous experience with Cerner documentation system preferred.
- Must possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department.
