Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
Plan and facilitate engaging lessons and activities that promote exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages self-expression.
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating with parents about their child's development.
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child's progress and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including bending, lifting, and supervising active children.
