We are an auto hail repair company. Not a bodyshop, but a hail repair specialist that specializes in insurance restoration jobs. That means we get paid by insurance companies to fix losses caused by hail.
As a claims specialist and sales rep, you will a earn commission on each hail damaged vehicle you bring to our shop. There is no cap to the commissions, or the amount of hours you can work. If you are hungry and motivated you can make 40k, 50k, 100k+ by August. Yes those are real numbers.

We are looking for exceptional motivated A players only. This is not for average people. This is not for lazy people. If you're willing to work 12-14 hour days standing and walking this is for you. You don't need to have any sales experience. We will train you. Existing members of our elite sales team currently make on average $20-30k a month and sometimes more commissions during peak hail season. They also have years of experience and have been with our company for a long time. If you prove yourself to be worthy, you too will eventually have the opportunity to become a full time member of our permanent team.
When you are first starting out, a good goal is $10-15k over your first 8 weeks. This is very realistic and achievable if you follow our direction and work hard. From there, the sky is the limit. You control your own schedule, and there is no cap to how much you can earn.

When people try to get their cars fixed, they call up one of the few bodyshops in the area, but can't get their car in for months!
Thats where we come in. Our shop is located in Bedford Heights, and we can get customers in immediately!
You will be contacting vehicle owners and letting them know about our offer...
We pay their deductible, and provide a FREE rental car...
So for our customers, we guarantee ZERO COST for them. So its literally free.
You're not really selling anything, more like "giving away" and answering peoples questions about the process, while assisting them with logistics.
Customers insurance company pays for the repairs. Since we waive the deductible, the customer pays nothing.
We fix the car, and you get paid a commission for sending us the work and dealing with the customer
If you are efficient, your entire sales process and customer interaction can be less than 30 minutes, and you can earn hundreds of dollars an hour, thousands in a day, once you become skilled and knowledgeable.
Some people learn everything they need within a week. Others it takes awhile to grasp all the knowledge of insurance claims. But once you become an expert in the field, you will have the power to make the kind of money most people dream about.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Find new customers - through networking, primarily knocking doors, or any other creative methods you come up with. This is where the real world separates the talkers from the doers. You're going to be knocking on strangers doors and forcing yourself into awkward situations. Its going to be uncomfortable if you've never done it before. But if you stick with it, you will make more $/hr than any other job in todays economy.
You will be trained on how to explain the auto hail repair process, how insurance company works, help customers file insurance claims, fill out forms, and drop their cars off at the shop. We train you on all of this, and we pay you to learn.
You will need to be able to tell which vehicles we can work on and which will qualify for insurance settlements (we will teach you in a couple days).
Attend daily sales meetings 1 -2 hours per day 11am-1pm. These meetings are to help you be successful, they are mandatory until you get promoted. If you attend them and follow our directions we will make sure you are successful.
Occasionally you'll be giving customers a ride, helping vacuum a car, or other minor tasks around the shop as needed. But primarily your main task is to bring new customers into the shop.
APPLICATION PROCESS
If you are selected, you will be eligible to attend training.
Training will be 2 days for 2-3 hours per day with some homework videos to watch after.
You will be paid $100 for training.
You will be tested in person doing role playing at the training, and will have a short script to memorize. Don't worry, its actually fun and simple!
If you can pass the sales script training - we will make you an offer to join our team, where you will be hired to represent our company and have an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.
BASE PAY & COMMISSIONS
We pay you a base pay of $300 per week as long as you attend the sales meetings and continue training and working. Some people take a couple weeks to get going when you have no sales experience and require a lot of 1 on 1 time, while others like myself were able to get their first sales the same day they started. We will show you the way.
Your commissions start out at $300 per vehicle (sale can take as short as 5-10 minutes) and move up as you advance in the company. If you follow our direction you should be earning 2-3k per week or more in a short time.
TRAVEL TO OTHER STORMS IN THE FUTURE
Our company travels to storm damaged areas. We work all over the United States, from Colorado to Texas and as far east as Florida. You will have the opportunity to join us in new markets as we open more locations.
