Sales Associate – Grail Nation
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide product knowledge, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about sneakers and streetwear.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and provide exceptional customer service
- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Answer customer questions and resolve inquiries in a professional manner
- Photograph products for inventory and online listings
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of sneakers and apparel
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Assist with inventory organization and daily store operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in sneakers, fashion, or streetwear is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Starting Pay
- Hourly $15 an hour
