Pittsburgh area legal group is in need of an Administrative/Claims Specialist Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Collect needed information, review and process account files and claims with supervision
· Make phone calls to patients and insurance companies while maintaining a high level of confidentiality according to HIPAA law and cyber security policies
· Prepare letters and emails effectively communicating necessary information
· Assists attorneys as needed
Requirements:
· Previous work experience related to customer/client support
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Strong detail, organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to assist individuals who are dealing with difficult situations
· Proficient MSOffice skills
· Team player
· College Degree preferred but not required
