Position: Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema Care - Orange County , FL
Location: Region A - Orange County (Orlando, Apopka, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, and surrounding areas)
& Seminole County (Sanford, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Wekiwa Springs, Kissimmee, and surrounding areas)
Your Role:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience or interest in lymphedema management. In this role, you will deliver personalized, patient-centered care to individuals with lymphatic disorders, supporting them in regaining function, mobility, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with lymphedema or lymphatic dysfunction

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, exercise, and functional interventions
-
Provide direct, hands-on care and supervise assistants (PTAs or COTAs) as applicable
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
-
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program

Current licensure in the state of Florida as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
-
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience (required); lymphedema experience (preferred)

Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong documentation and computer skills
-
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and squat during patient care
