As the Occupational Therapist Coordinator, you’ll lead a collaborative team dedicated to supporting students with special needs. Your leadership ensures high-quality therapy services, strong partnerships with families and staff, and a safe, innovative environment for student growth.
This position is a 12-month position and is for immediate hire.
What You'll Need

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and NYS certification

Minimum of three years of professional experience in Occupational Therapy

Demonstrated passion for special education and student success

Collaborative approach and experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Strong organizational and communication skills
What You'll Do
-
Coordinate and oversee all operations of the OT department, reporting to the principal

Responsible for caseload, report writing, and caregiver communication

Deliver OT related classroom instruction sessions

Supervise and mentor OT staff, conduct meetings, and lead department training

Manage scheduling, assessments, and individualized caseloads for students

Ensure safety and maintenance of the OT Gym, Fine Motor Room, and adaptive equipment

Build strong partnerships with families, teachers, and outside providers to support each student's goals

Compensation Range: $90K - $95K
