Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure their comfort while waiting for appointments.
- Coordinate with dental insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and texts to address patient inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure the confidentiality of all information.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments
