Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Katy, TX. This contract position serves K-12 students and requires bilingual candidates to support a diverse student population effectively. This role involves working within a school setting, providing psychological services and assessments to promote student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans and support strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist.
- Proficiency in both English and a second language (bilingual fluency is required).
- Experience working with K-12 student populations.
- Strong assessment and counseling skills.
