• Location: Itasca, IL
• Pay: $18.00/hour (AM Shift) | $19.00/hour (PM Shift)
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts
  • AM Shift: 6:55 AM – 7:00 PM
  • PM Shift: 6:55 PM – 7:00 AM

Role snapshot

Operate and tend a range of production assetspalletizers, wrapping machines, strappers, box machines, and molding equipmentto consistently deliver quality product in a GMP-governed environment.

Core responsibilities

• Run and monitor packaging and molding machinery safely and efficiently.
• Complete quality checks and record data with precision.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain throughput and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation compliant with GMP practices.
• Escalate safety hazards or quality concerns immediately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including startup and shutdown procedures.
• Communicate production changes and status to team members.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Strong math aptitude and ability to use measurement tools.
• Quick decision-making with a keen eye for quality defects.

Physical requirements

• Stand, lift, push, pull, bend, and move for the full duration of the shift.
• Work 12-hour shifts and overtime when needed.

Preferred proficiencies
