Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU/PICU/PEDS

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Shift: Day Shift – 3x12 Hours (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong neonatal and pediatric critical care experience for a 12-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care support across NICU, PICU, and CVICU pediatric patient populations in a high-acuity hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy care to neonatal and pediatric critical care patients
• Manage and monitor respiratory equipment and ventilators in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings
• Assess patient respiratory status and respond appropriately to critical care situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols
• Float to affiliated pediatric and neonatal units as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience required
• Must have pediatric, PICU, and Level IV NICU experience
• Current Ohio RRT License required at time of submission
• NBRC Certification required
• BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS Certifications required
• Strong critical care and ventilator management skills required
