We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support and manage daily operations on multiple marketplaces.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, accuracy, and organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, follows processes, and takes pride in keeping systems clean and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces on (Amazon, Walmart, Temu, eBay, Shopify)
- Handle customer inquiries and basic customer service
- Monitor orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory across platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Support social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in eCommerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and daily routines
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong written communication skills
