Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute incoming mail to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare documents and items for overnight shipping, including addressing and adding postage.

• Support office staff by handling correspondence, faxes, and mail as needed.

• Track intercompany expenses and assist with reimbursement processes.

• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders to maintain stock levels.

• Provide document notarization services as required.

• Facilitate the preparation and processing of bank deposits.

• Organize and profile monthly and quarterly financial and investment statements by scanning or downloading relevant documents.

• Proven experience in an administrative assistant role, showcasing strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and positive approach.
• Proficiency in managing mail, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as expense tracking and bank deposit preparation.
• Ability to notarize documents or willingness to obtain necessary certification.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and profiles.
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Competence with office tools and technology for efficient task execution.
