<p>We are seeking a Caregiver, PCA, CNA or HHA to join our team working mornings from (6 am until 2 pm ) every other weekend with the possibility of more hours if interested! We are a residential home for the elderly located in Eagan. We are licensed for 6 residents. You will assist in providing care for the elderly helping to get them ready for bed and giving medication. Must have reliable transportation, be able to work independently and pass a background check.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist clients with daily living activities (dressing, grooming, bathing, transfers, mobility)</li>
<li>Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities</li>
<li>Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment</li>
<li>Work independently</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in personal care or other related fields</li>
<li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
