About the Role

Stonepath Resources is hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to run a full desk and play a meaningful role in our continued growth.


This is a high-autonomy role built for recruiters who want real ownership over their business, direct access to leadership, and uncapped upside tied directly to performance. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and account growth.


Compensation

This role offers a market-leading, tiered commission structure designed to reward performance and scale meaningfully as production increases.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in agency or professional services recruiting

• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through placement

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools preferred

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
